Registration starts at 8am prompt Ministry of Local Government (besides Ministry of Finance), Old Building, Secretariat, Ibadan
This initiative follows the recent signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development and FCMB, held at the State Secretariat on June 30th, 2025.
Who can apply;
All registered business owners within Oyo State with the following;
✅CAC Certificate
✅Valid means of Identification
✅BVN
✅Evidence of Active
✅Business Operations.
Each participant is expected to come early for the registration as it starts at 8am prompt
