The Oyo State Government met with about twenty-four private investors on Tuesday to highlight the importance of obtaining legal land titles.
The event, led by Commissioner for Lands, Housing, and Urban Development, Mr. Williams Akin-Funmilayo, focused on the benefits of proper land documentation. He emphasized that securing legal titles is crucial for both investors and the government, facilitating development and ensuring accurate records.
Mr. Akin-Funmilayo expressed the government’s readiness to support genuine investors in boosting the state’s economy. Mr. Adesina Ojelade commended the government’s efforts and assured compliance with the state’s guidelines to formalize land ownership.
