The heartbreaking news was revealed by her stepmother, Akagwu Gbelema Halimat Umar, in a poignant Facebook post on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

“Inna lillahi wa Inna ilayhi raji’un. We have lost my beloved stepdaughter, who was brutally beaten to death by her peers,” she expressed. This devastating loss calls for urgent attention to the growing issue of bullying in schools.
