\nAccording to the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, the increment will take effect from January 1, 2025.<\/p>\n
The company said the price increment was due to the massive capital appreciations and investments on its Estates across the state.<\/p>\n
The new rates are as follows;<\/p>\n

\nNew Price \u2013 10,000,000 (All charges inclusive)<\/p>\n
2.*Pelicans Greenish Acres:*
\nCurrent Price \u2013 8,000,000
\nNew Price \u2013 9,500,000 (All charges inclusive)<\/p>\n
3.*Pelican Valley:*
\nCurrent Price \u2013 50,000 per SQM
\nNew Price \u2013 55,000 per SQM<\/p>\n
