Nigerian R&B musician Darey Art Alade experienced a fire accident that resulted in the loss of his car. The incident occurred on Friday while he was driving on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos State.
His wife, Deola, shared the unfortunate news on her Instagram page, emphasizing that no lives were lost in the blaze. In a joint statement released on Saturday, the couple reflected on their experience, expressing gratitude for their safety.
“Yesterday, our car caught fire around 4 PM on the Third Mainland Bridge and was completely burnt to the ground. It was a shocking experience, but we are thankful that the driver was safe—that is what truly matters. No lives were lost. This reminds us how insignificant material possessions can be in the face of life itself,” she stated.
