Here I am, send me – Hon. Taofeek Aderogba

 

Hon. Taofeek Aderogba has called on the All Progressives Congress (APC) party to grant him the mandate to represent them in the upcoming bye-election, which became necessary following the passing of Hon. Akinremi Jagaban, who formerly represented the Ibadan North Federal Constituency.

In a recent media parley organized by Dr. Opeyemi Ayanrinde, the Oyo State ANBROAD Governor, Hon. Taofeek expressed his vision and mission for the people of Ibadan North Federal Constituency. He emphasized that he is committed to serving, empowering, alleviating poverty, bringing development, and representing the interests of his constituents with beneficial initiatives.

Speaking fondly of the late Hon. Akinremi Jagaban, he noted that Jagaban was a man of the people who brought significant development and empowerment to his constituents while in the House of Representatives. Hon. Taofeek pledged to surpass his predecessor’s achievements.

Regarding party politics, Hon. Taofeek stated that he has been a dedicated member of the party for over two decades and has actively worked to improve the party. “Hon. Taofeek is a household name in the Ibadan Federal Constituency and is ready for the challenges ahead,” he affirmed.

It’s worth mentioning that he previously contested for the Oyo State House of Assembly under the Accord Party.

On his pet projects, Hon. Aderogba shared how he has positively impacted his constituents through various empowerment programs initiated by his foundation.

Addressing the issue of godfatherism, Hon. Aderogba reiterated that he belongs to all and maintains cordial relationships with all APC party leaders.

Hon. Taofeek Aderogba is a supply chain expert, a comrade, and a union leader who has served in various capacities within the Nigerian Labour Congress.
