Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has expressed her regret about calling for the exhumation of the late singer Mohbad. During an interview on “Talk to B” podcast, she highlighted the complications that have arisen, including delays in his burial and family disputes.
“I wouldn’t have requested Mohbad’s exhumation if I knew this would happen,” she stated.
Mohbad remains unburied as his father pursues a DNA test, which the court has approved, but with new conditions.
“My goal was clear: to have Mohbad’s body exhumed for an autopsy to determine the cause of death. I did my best to ensure a thorough investigation, but as different theories surfaced, the focus shifted to DNA.”
