Earlier today, the President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) inaugurated the Principal Officers of the newly appointed Independent NANS Convention Planning Committee (i-NANS CPC) for the upcoming NANS Convention in 2025.
The inauguration exercise took place on 17th of December, 2024 at Abuja and was attended by Principal Officers, and members of the independent NANS Convention Planning Committee, and esteemed guests.
The President of NANS, Lucky Emonefe
presided over the ceremony and delivered a powerful speech highlighting the importance of the NANS Convention and the role of the newly appointed independent NANS Convention Planning Committee.
During the inauguration, the Principal Officers of the independent NANS Convention Planning Committee were introduced and officially sworn into their respective positions.
Each member expressed their commitment to upholding the values and principles of NANS and to working diligently towards organizing a successful and impactful convention in 2025.
Furthermore, the President of NANS emphasized the importance of collaboration, teamwork, and inclusivity in the planning process. He encouraged all members of the Planning Committee to leverage their diverse skills and experiences to create a memorable and engaging convention that will benefit the entire NANS community.
In conclusion, the inauguration exercise was a significant milestone in the journey towards the NANS Convention 2025. The newly appointed Principal Officers of the independent NANS Convention Planning Committee (i-NANS CPC) have already begun their work, and I am confident that under their leadership, the convention will be a tremendous success.
