IBR and Its CEO Win Big At Nigeria Media Nite-Out Award

Impact Business Radio, one of the leading broadcast outfits in the country has been crowned the best radio station in the south-west region of the country at the Nigeria Media Nite- Out Award for the year 2024.

The elaborate event which took place in Ikeja, the Lagos State capital on Sunday had important dignitaries from all walks of life including business moguls, captains of industry, media proprietors and prominent broadcasters across the country in attendance.

Visibly elated, the Chief Executive Officer of Metropolitan Broadcasting Services owner of Impact Business Radio and Impact Television, Deacon Owolabi Oladejo who also won the award of the best CEO at the event described the feat as a testament to the impact of IBR 92.5fm in the media landscape in Nigeria.

He also attributed the success to the creativity, commitment and dedication of IBR staff. Commenting on this latest development, the Station’s Head of Operations, Aanuoluwapo Omorinde said the award came unsolicited.

According to him, the Organizers of the award confessed that IBR’s content and deliveries were seriously monitored for a long time by a team of experts before it was adjudged the best in the south-west.

Though, IBR has won many awards in the past but this latest award which was keenly contested by notable media houses in the region no doubt is a milestone.
